The production process of modified plastic particles mainly includes: mixing process, extrusion process, and packaging.
1. Mixing

(2). Cleaning machine: There are four grades of A, B, C, D, among which grade A is the highest (smooth surface) and so on.
(3). Material distribution: to ensure that the relevant raw materials will not be mistaken in operation.
(4). Mixing: The general order of mixing is: granular powder, toner.
2. Feeding
Through computer control, according to the weight change, control the feeding
advantage:
(1). Ensure the accuracy of material ratio
(2). Reduce the stratification of materials
3.Screw plasticization, extrusion, bracing
4. Water cooling (sink)
Cool down and cool down the plastic strip extruded from the extruder.
5. Air-drying (water pump, air knife)
Remove the moisture on the plastic strip and dry it.
6.Dicing
Generally, the size of the cut particles is 3mm*3mm. PVC material standard: GB/T8815-2002
7. Sieving (vibrating screen)
Screen the cut particles and control the size of the particles.
8. Over-magnetism (magnetic filter)
Suck out particles with iron impurities
9. On-site inspection
Mainly the appearance control, to detect whether the color of the particles meets the standard and whether it is uniform.
10. Mixing (double cone rotary mixer)
Ensure that the color and performance of the modified plastic particles are uniform.
11. Packaging (full electronic quantitative packaging machine)
12. Warehousing
